The challenge

Training, nutrition, recovery, and progress data usually live in separate tools. The opportunity was not another tracker; it was a single daily decision system that turns scattered inputs into a clear next action.

The governing decision

Make speed to action the governing constraint. The home surface, readiness rings, semantic color system, coach language, and session architecture all answer the same question: what should I do now?

What I delivered

A live performance platform led from product strategy through brand, UX, pricing, and launch. Eight connected surfaces turn daily data into clear next actions.
